Professor of Wageningen University, Netherlands Hired as Visiting Professor of ECUST

    Professor Zhu Yang, an outstanding alumnus of ECUST and  professor of Wageningen University in the Netherlands was appointed to be a Visiting Professor of East China University of Science and Technology at Fengxian Campus of ECUST on May 22nd, 2019. Professor Zhao Liming, Deputy Dean of the School of Bioengineering attended the ceremony and presented Zhu Yang with the letter of appointment as a visiting professor. After the appointment ceremony, Zhu Yang gave a lecture entitled “The direct relationship between food science and national economy and people's livelihood – the prospects and responsibilities for students of Food Major”.
    Professor Zhu Yang was also invited to give a lecture entitled “Breakthrough of the first scientific publication: transition from classroom-student to scientists” to the teachers and students of the National Key Laboratory of Bioengineering and Bioreactor Engineering.
